Mike is President of Operational Resilience, LLC, where he helps organizations build measurable business value through operational resilience, risk management, and continuous improvement.

With nearly 40 years of experience in business continuity and resilience, Mike has successfully managed and minimized the impact of nearly 4,000 human, natural, and technology-driven incidents, crises, and continuity events. His leadership experience includes senior roles with Goodyear, Nestlé, and Stouffer Hotels, where the programs he developed were frequently recognized as private-sector best practices.

Jerome Ryan

Jerome Ryan is the Managing Director of GRM Solutions and a recognized leader in operational resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.

Over a career spanning more than two decades, Jerome has helped organizations build resilient operational programs that create operational, cultural, and financial value. Prior to GRM Solutions, he held leadership positions at Pfizer and State Street Bank, where he led global programs and served as a crisis manager, reporting directly to executive leadership, boards of directors, and regulatory agencies.
