Resilience in Manufacturing: Join a Peer-to-Peer Discussion
Second Thursday of Every Month | 11:00 AM ET
Manufacturing resilience comes with a unique set of challenges.
From supply chain disruptions and facility downtime to workforce shortages and operational recovery, resilience professionals in manufacturing face pressures that many other industries simply do not.
If you support business continuity, operational resilience, crisis management, or risk within a manufacturing environment, consider joining our monthly peer-to-peer discussion group designed specifically for manufacturing professionals. The discussion will be facilitated by two resilience professionals, Jeff Harper, MBCI and Matthew Grossman, who have a long history in manufacturing.
Why Join?
This collaborative discussion brings together business continuity and resilience professionals from manufacturing organizations across the U.S. and internationally to share practical, real-world insights. The focus is simple: what actually works in manufacturing resilience programs?
This is not a sales forum and not a theory-heavy discussion. It is an opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss challenges openly, and learn from peers navigating similar operational realities.
Topics We’ll Explore
- How resilience and BCP programs create measurable business value
- What is working — and not working — in manufacturing environments
- Lessons learned from uptime, facility, labor, and supply chain disruptions
- Practical approaches to operational recovery and continuity
- Real-world strategies shared by experienced peers
A Collaborative Format
This is a 60-minute monthly discussion built around candid, peer-to-peer learning. Participants are encouraged to contribute ideas, ask questions, and leave with practical insights they can apply immediately. The format is intentionally informal and designed to evolve based on the interests and needs of the group.
Meet the Facilitators
